Details
This self-contained accommodation is comprised of half of the farmhouse and includes a large double bedroom, twin bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, dining room/lounge with three-quarter sofa bed, and fully-equipped kitchen with wood-burning stove, induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and dishwasher. All bedding and towels are provided. The utility room, with washing machine and deep freeze, is shared with the owners. The guesthouse has its own separate entrance.

Splotts Moor is a leisurely, scenic 45-minute walk from Glastonbury Town. Parking for your vehicle is available, and we're happy to provide a list of taxi services upon request.

The farmhouse is partly powered by photovoltaic technology, installed in 2012.

Guests are welcome to help themselves to the fruit from the trees in season!

History
The stone the house is built from was originally the stone of Alice Buckton's Tor House, which stood at the pilgrimage spring of Chalice Well. We are uniquely placed with views of Glastonbury Tor and the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We hope guests will feel comfortable and at home in these peaceful surroundings.
